Excellent for Camping Trailer use

I have a small 30A travel trailer that can run just fine on 20A, as long as you don't turn it all on at once. This generator provides up to 18.3A (according to documentation) and worked perfectly to run 5000 BTU air conditioner and 2.7'cu fridge and lights, with only 25% load showing on the display. Unsure of exact dB level (claim is 53dB with no load) but very quiet. Simple operation and excellent documentation included (too rare these days).

This is the second iGen2500 Inverter generator that I purchased to attached it to my other unit with a parallel cord to provide extra power. This works great providing the power we need for our pop up food stand. The two units together powers all of our fryers, heating lamps and night and decorative lights (5,000 peak watts and 4,400 running watts) for our branded tent. Lightweight 48lbs; very quiet 52dB, which is necessary for street festivals, 1.0 Gal. fuel tank which runs for 10 hours at a 25% load. Great little setup that meets all of our needs.

iGen2500 is great to backup your Fridge + some appliances

I bought two of these generators recently (one for me and one for my Mother In-law and just tried one of them out in my garage. They are very, very quiet and seem to power up my appliances pretty good with no outages. I believe they will easily provide back-up power to a refrigerator and some appliances such as a television, fish tank pump, and such. They are only 2200 Watts steady power so you shouldn't expect them to power up much more than what I stated above.

iGen2500 a great generator

The iGen2500 is a great generator at one half the price of the Honda 2000. Very low noise level and weighs only 48 lbs. After adding required oil, the iGen2500 started on one pull.

Paralleling works great

After firing up both iGen2500's in parallel, I Plugged in two 1500 watt heaters. Efficiency Mode switch's on. Both gens slightly rev'd up together with both gen's showing only 50% load. Only one small complaint, the threads on plastic Gas Cap were too tight on one of the generators. I think a little quality control was missed here. The cap should free spin all the way down till the last quarter turn then click tighten. This cap has too much friction from start to tight.
