Starts easy. Quiet at idol. Louder when making lots of power. Starts and runs 13500 BTU AC unit and the microwave in my camper, (just not when in eco mode).

The generator was easy to start and operate without any special effort or frustration. I just followed the instructions. I do not have a good comparison to other generators, but it does not seem too loud. We used it at a campground and it wasn't too bad. It was great to plug in the camper's plug into it and have electricity inside. It is sturdy and I like the fact that you can just lift it by the handle and carry it to wherever you want to place it. Look forward to using it more in the near future. So far I am very happy with it.

seem to be nice and quiet. 1000 times quieter then standard generator. performs as stated. lifetime technical support phone number is part of the face plate so, you will always have it. i bought the i2500 and the i2200xle and the parallel cord. never running out of power now. same price as one honda and i have more power. thats nice

Used it during 3 weeks as home backup power after hurricane Maria struck PR leaving the Island off the power grid. In average I used it daily for 12 hours powering a refrigerator, 1-55" LED TV, 1-40" LCD TV, 8-16Watt Lamps, 2-big fans, 1 800W Expresso coffee brewer running 6 mins. cycle in the morning, and washing 2 laundry loads per week, charging my cel. phones, tablets and laptop. Very quiet and fuel efficient giving an average of 12 hours per 1 gallon of gas. Extremely satisfied with it's performance.

Easy to Start and quiet enough for rv

When the unit arrived, I tested the it on my circular saw which draws 15amps. And it had no problem starting the saw. I was impress how quiet the generator is and that it could crank out 2500 watts and still be the size of a 50# briefcase. Also it is very quiet, where you could talk to someone standing right next to it when it is under full load.
