Inverter for Power Outages

I bought the generator to power my home via a DTE installed Transfer Switch. The initial unboxing and setup of the generator was simple and well explained in the documentation. After setup complete the generator started immediately without an issue. Westinghouse Support was also easy to reach and helpful. They sent me an additional detailed procedure on how to properly set my unit up to work with the transfer switch. Unit seems heavy duty and well built. Very satisfied.

Done lots of research this is the best 10000 watt generator for the price nothing close Eco Mode lets it run low idle till power is needed saves gas and is quiet. Weight is not bad compared to others. Remote start also

I bought the inverter a couple of weeks ago after a 20 hour power outage where we lost all of the food in our refrigerator. I got everything set up and ready to go after receiving the unit. Instructions were simple, easy to follow and where for this specific unit. The manual does not apply to any other model.
Our power went out this morning after a nearby transformer blew. The ecogen was excellent and did not disappoint.
I would recommend this to a friend!
