Works. We'll see how much better with altitude kit

I've only had this for a couple of weeks, but so far it works as expected. I'm able to use it to power a stick welder, which was the biggest reason I bought it. I was using it at an altitude of 7000ft and it still worked well. Only issue is that the auto-choke was not opening up as soon as it should, but the high altitude kit has just arrived and it may well work better once that is installed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great as a emergency backup

I bought this item a week ago and I love it. I use it for emergency backup for my house, and even though I do not use the entire power that it offers, I'm really happy with its performance.

Generator seems very well made. Got good reviews. Instructions for operation are very helpful and well documented. Paired remote start with no problems and unit started up on very first attempt. I use it to power my mini splits and it works great. The fold down handle and wheels are a good design.

It sounded too good to be true

Purchased about 6 months ago never had a load on it power went out and is not producing power. it's been a hassle there are no servicers in my area so I need to figure out how to get this Beast to someone that services this thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Failed on first use

Failed on first use. Ran great for about 1 hour - 2 small window unit AC's and small electronics. Added a fridge too to test capacity. After 20 minutes the engine bogged down and shut off. Now it is incapable of starting. Only backfires. I have done all troubleshooting I can do and now need to ask for support. Cannot return to store since oil/gas have been added, so that sucks because I would probably rather just return it than try to fix it. Very disappointed that it didn't survive 2 hours on its first required use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Use this generator to power sensitive electronics
