Great featured inverter generator

Just bought this generator. Was looking for an inverter generator with decent power output. Most seem to be in the 5000w and less range. This one at 10000 watts at a great price is a great find. Has electric and remote start and CO detection. I have only started it for a few minutes. It started right up and ran steady. Can't wait to use it with my 6 position transfer switch

I purchased this after losing power for the 2nd time in my exurban community. This lightweight, easy to move appliance is easily able to power everything in my home twice over. Simple to operate, plenty out outlets. Just what I needed. Highly recommended.

Good Product Overall

I bought this generator in March, but only had to open it up today in June. Right off the bat I was impressed with its quality, but as I got it ready for use, I noticed a couple flaws. The oil fill is in such an awkward location. It’s beyond me why they chose to place it where it is, but they at least provide an oddly shaped funnel to make accessing it a bit easier. Just make sure you don’t lose that funnel or you’ll have a mess on your hands. The second issue I had is with the air filter housing. It is all cracked so the cover doesn’t fit securely. I had to wrap tape around it to prevent dust from getting sucked in. The package was in perfect condition, so it doesn’t appear to be a shipping issue. I’ll reach out to Westinghouse and hopefully they will send me a replacement. Overall though, it doesn’t appear to be a bad generator for the price.

Has all of the features I was looking for; ECO MODE, Enough Ultra low <3% THD, CLEAN start/run power to run the Whole House, less Central AC, -OR- just the Central AC. Probably not enough to handle it all at the same time, but we will see ! ALL the “Inverter” benefits, lighter weight & easy to move on Large Wheels, etc…
I just finished Set-up, Started & Tested with only minor problems (Examples: • Had to use Push Button START/STOP button for the Initial Start. Started on first attempt ! Only then would the Remote Start/Stop Key Fob work. • Both 120 volt AC 20 A receptacles needed their GFI buttons re-set). After a very thorough Testing EVERYTHING seems to be working exactly as advertised ! After having it professionally hooked up to my Circuit Breaker Box (50 Amp Receptacle » 50 Amp Breaker & Generator Interlock Kit) I’ll update this review. Thus far - I’m VERY PLEASED 😀
