I've been running it for a couple of months now and it's been the best generator I've ever purchased. I've always been a predator user, but I'm genuinely impressed with this generator.

Getting started

Purchased this ecogen 10000 watt generator , 3 days later it was delivered. After reading the manual to familiarize myself with a new generator I proceeded to assemble the unit. The assemble went with out any problems or surprises , simple and fairly quick I had it up and running for the initial break in period in about 40min .So far it has been excellent and I don't for see any problems . I have owned a smaller generator for about 40 years and it has well over 1000 hr on it used for camping and for home back up when there is a power failure . Its just not big enough for my needs now . I do believe this ecogen 10000 will be the answer for me.

Many similar generators seem to have trouble with the CO2 sensors, but this one has been great. And, the remote start is a game changer. It runs a chop saw and medium-duty welder with room for voltage spikes.

Great Portable Generator

We bought this for the upcoming hurricane season in Florida. It has proven to be an easy set up and so easy to use. Works well with our house prewiring for a generator. User Manual easy to follow.
