Unit appears to be well designed and we will be testing it over the next few weeks. The packaging was good and the unit was easy to assemble. It seems to be well made of heavy duty materials.

I can run pretty much my whole house on this one, excluding central ac, hot water, and the dryer, which in a crisis situation who really cares. Started up first try once i turned the gas on lol been running for 2 days now nonstop and hasnt missed a beat. Would highly recommend this generator.

Bought this after the last power outage in Houston and used it for the first time for Hurricane Beryl. Worked for everything we needed for 3 days. Easy to operate and highly recommend.

Powered all the 110v appliances in my house including AC window unit after Hurricane Beryl took down the power in Houston. Easy to assemble and run.

My first portable generator is great!

We just moved permanently to SW Florida, and realize a portable generator is a recommended home accessory for hurricane season. My Westinghouse ecoGen 10000 is my first portable generator. I had an electrician install a transfer switch at my main supply to the home yesterday, and the first test of the generator to power my home was flawless. The wife is happy that we’ll have power in an emergency and I’m happy with the unboxing, prep, startup and running of the generator.

We had a bad storm here about two months ago. I lost power for a week, and swore I wasn't going through that again. As I write this we just got through a hurricane, and I've been using this generator to power my house in the aftermath. This generator is incredible. I'm so impressed and don't have a single complaint. In fact, a friend of mine bought the same one and he is absolutely loving his as well. The heat index tomorrow is going to be over 100 degrees, but my family will be cool and comfortable in the a/c because of this generator.

Small enough I can load into pick-up by myself. Starts easy by pull rope & electric start.
A little noisy but I can put up with that when the power goes out. Voltage & frequency right on the money so far.
