Good Product at a Good Price

This is my 2nd purchase of the ecoGen10000. One for myself, one for my daughter. I like all the features the generator provides. Starts easily, comes with a trickle charger to maintain the battery between uses. Running the generator also charges the battery, a great feature. Very good instructions for operation. Not as quiet as I expected with an
inverter model, but it is a 10000. My only complaint is that it is difficult to funnel the oil into the crankcase in spite of being provided a special funnel for adding oil. Not a show stopper. Highly recommend.

This is the 4th generator that I’ve owned and by far this has most features for the money. Most important was the low THD on this unit. Having a new furnace and AC unit with a smart phone enabled thermostat, makes the inverter a very important feature. The sensitive electronics are very susceptible to higher THD. This generator provides that peace of mind when operating in a power outage. Great value for the money!

Excellent clean power generator

I received this inverter generator as a gift from my wife. It has enough power to operate everything hooked up to the transfer panel in the house. Lights, tv, microwave, furnace, and an air conditioner during a power outage. The generator isn't permanently hooked to the house so I can take it to remote areas and run all my power tools, such as, stick welder, mig welder, plasma cutter, air compressor, saws and everything else I need. The generator provides clean power that is comparable to the public power company, so it is safe to use with computer equipment along with uninterruptible power supply. It came with all the tools and funnel to get it set up and It starts quickly with a push of a button.
