My wife and were tired of having to throw spoiled food away from power outages and decided to buy a generator. Luckily, we have not needed to use it yet but we are very impressed with the quality of the construction and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I followed the instructions for startup, and it fired right up. The battery trickle charger is convenient to keep the battery charged.

Easy Set Up - Wish Manual had More Detail

The setup was pretty straight forward and I'm impressed with material quality and performance. I wish the manual had more information about the order of operations for plugging in loads. I wasn't sure what breakers needed flipped on or not from the manual. Also, the choke kept turning off before the engine would turn over, so I had a hard time starting it. I eventually was able to hold it open and the engine turned over. I wish there was a bit more resistance in the choke so it was stay in the desired position. Other than those minor details, this seems like a great generator, so far.

I bought this generator during hurricane season and it has been able to power my entire house, minus the air conditioner of course. Exactly what I need it for - first time using a generator can be hard to follow all the steps but after you figure it out it’s easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
