Excellent Product

Recently purchased and so far very happy with its capability. Recent test showed it was able to support whole house load including 3.5 ton a/c unit. Generator handled all with no problems. Seems quieter than other neighbors generators of similar size.

I just finished assembling (easy everything needed provided) filling with oil and gas. It started on the first try. Instructions clear in manual and basic instructions are on the machine. Hope to not need it in the next storm, but know it will be there if I do.

Has many safety features, inverter produced power and the ability to parallel with other generators. Easy and smooth electric starting with a remote starter as well.

I've only just started using this product, and I'm impressed so far. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to maneuver, and its lightweight design allows for effortless movement. It has proven capable of handling most tasks around the house, and I find it very user-friendly.

Great generator for our small full house needs.

Bought this generator and set up for full house backup. Generator works great and functions for refrigerator, central a/c plus miscellaneous fans and lights. Just what we need for emergency backup. Only issue is incomplete and incorrect information in manual regarding removal of bonded ground which could be hazardous.
