We recently had a transfer switch installed and looked around for a good generator option. This checked all the boxes and looking forward to seeing how it handles what we throw at it. Fired it up after setup and it ran great!

I haven't actually used this yet. I'm just filling out the registration and it requires me to leave a review, which seems rather silly. However, after doing a whole lot of shopping around, this is the one I chose based on its capacity and features.

Looking forward to using this. My only hope is that they make a cover for use during weather events like the traditional and inverter types as this frame is different than my old Westinghouse 7500

I purchased this unit as a backup power source since outages are unfortunately not uncommon in the area where I live. Thankfully, I've not had to use it yet. My only experience has been in assembling it and reading the instructions, so my comments are limited to that: I wish this unit had four wheels instead of just two to make it easier to roll out when I need to use it. I'm disappointed to learn that recharging the battery requires hooking up a cord to the actual generator as for me that's going to require hooking up a long extension cord. As a photographer I have numerous pieces of equipment where I can easily remove batteries and recharge them inside my house. So I just assumed that the battery would be easily removed and brought inside for charging (right before you know a big storm is coming through). The manual could be more concise.Some things were repeated over and over. The manual says if the fob doesn't work it could be that the battery in the fob is dead, but it doesn't tell you how to change the battery. The letters on some of the diagrams could have been assigned in a more logical order.
