Good Product at a Good Price

This is my 2nd purchase of the ecoGen10000. One for myself, one for my daughter. I like all the features the generator provides. Starts easily, comes with a trickle charger to maintain the battery between uses. Running the generator also charges the battery, a great feature. Very good instructions for operation. Not as quiet as I expected with an
inverter model, but it is a 10000. My only complaint is that it is difficult to funnel the oil into the crankcase in spite of being provided a special funnel for adding oil. Not a show stopper. Highly recommend.

Very Pleased with the ecoGen 10,0000

I bought this to replace a 15-year-old lower output as a backup in case of a power outage. We haven't had one yet, but I did do the 5-hour break-in and changed the oil again.
Everything worked great and I am looking forward to using it.

I bought this generator for a 2nd home in an area that has frequent power outages. The generator was easy to assemble. I look forward to the next power outage!

Nice generator

I purchased as a home backup generator. Easy to assemble, and seems well built. One small issue that has nothing to do with quality. It is advertised as a home backup generator, but comes with the neutral bonded. In many home/generator connections the neutral should be floating, but there is no information in the manual concerning this. I had to go-on line to find how to float the neutral. I wish all generator manufacturers would install a switch to change the neutral.

I bought this and brought it home today. Read the manual (pretty easy to understand), did the minimal assembly and added oil, it started right up and runs great. Very happy with it.

I bought Westinghouse ecogen10000 on June ,2024 it worked great kept the family cool for a week without power,Dec.2024 I took it out ready for the freeze it did not started ,contacted Westinghouse and they replace a new one
