I bought Westinghouse ecogen10000 on June ,2024 it worked great kept the family cool for a week without power,Dec.2024 I took it out ready for the freeze it did not started ,contacted Westinghouse and they replace a new one
I would recommend this to a friend!

As the title says, the generator started on the first try. The documentation included with the generator is the best I've ever seen. It even goes into long term storage procedures and how to replace certain items. It also included a replacement parts list.
So far we've only run it on light loads to break it in. The oil fill tube is in an awkward place but they give you a special funnel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Compact and well designed

I bought this model with Inverter to handle my house electrical loads and sensitive electronics used in just about everything. I have yet to run it under a power outage, but it has handled my electrical loads while testing after installation and during break-in.
Note: The Electrician I consulted with on this (and talked me into the Inverter) was impressed with it and said he was going to look into getting one.

Good features and Value

Not had cause to use it yet but very well constructed inverter generator, which I intend to use for home backup power to replace a 15 year old traditional Honda generator, which is showing its age! Very pleased to have something that should be better for the many electronic items in the house.

Just received this EcoGen10000 and I am excited to use it. I love the features and the clear instructions. I will need two so I will start this one and hopefully want to purchase the 2nd one. Sorry, I can't comment on performance yet ,but deleivered in great condition.
