I bought this last week. It arrived fine. I put it together with some difficulty, I'm 82 yrs old, but got it done. Checking oil and adding oil is difficult but can be done. Starting was easy, ran great, hope I never have to use it, I live in hurricane country, but glad at present to have it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just what I hoped for.

I wanted a quiet and powerful job site generator that could also be a backup for power outages. Added bonus was remote start and quieter than I expected for the size. I like that if needed I can run this in tandem with other like generators.

I bought this generator a month ago. It is very easy to hook up and very easy to use. I like the remote control feature, which makes starting very easy. Even someone like me, that has no experience using a generator has found it very easy to use.

We had an electrician set up so can hook up to the house. It’s provided lights when the power is out and the fridge. Great purchase for hurricane preparedness.

This Westinghouse ECOGEN10000 is a wonderful Inverter Generator. A number of useful components such as 120V AC 20 amp receptacles, 120/240V 30 and 50 amp receptacles, circuits protected by breakers, battery charging port and battery indicator light, CO sensor. One amazing component is the ECO Mode switch that minimizes fuel consumption by adjusting RPM to required current load AND it also has remote start. To many positives to list here so I suggest looking at all the Westinghouse generators and read for yourself. Very little assemble required. Charged battery, added some fuel, pushed the button and started immediately. The price was a bargain and I don't think you will go wrong with this generator.
