Good working Generator

I loose my power, sometimes for days in the winter months so I decided it was time for a big generator.After lots of research,I thought an inverter would be my best choice since I'd be using it to power many appliances along with my PC and smart TV.I liked the eco mode setting that would allow the gen to power light loads @ an idle to cut down on fuel and noise.I liked this model from the start due to it's capability and features.I thought I'd have to wait several months to try it but due to a early April snow storm, I lost power for 2 days. The gen worked flawless for the 22 hrs I ran it.It would power the TV, PC , fridge and a few lights at an idle in eco mode and kick up the rpm's to run as other appliances were used(coffee maker,toaster,blender water pump ect.).It's nice to use the remote start/stop fob rather then going outside to do it.It even has an auto choke to allow remote starting when it's cold. I was impressed that it came with everything except gas to run it, including a battery tender.Easy to get it ready to use too.Very happy after my first extended use.

Versatile, good reputation

Have not yet had to use it as back-up for power outages, but will I am certain. Some challenges in assembly -- one nut that holds the feet in place was misaligned, but was able to maciver a solution. Adding oil is best accomplished by a circus gymnast with an eye on the end of his finger. Very awkward. Otherwise, seems to have all the features I want.

After purchasing a Westinghouse Power Washer, totally impressed with it. When we had a power outage, last week we decided we needed a Generator, so Westinghouse it is. If this is as good as the power washer, we'll be totally satisfied.

It was easy to set up, fired up the first time and I was very happy with how easy it is to move around. I was concerned that my wife might not be able to do that, but she's fine with moving it. I did have to reset the GFIs on the standard receptacles, but all was well after that.

I bought the unit because of the low THD <3%. Easy to assemble, and started right away. I like the remote start feature, and unit runs very quite.
