Reliable and easy to use

Excellent product with reasonable price

I bought the WGen9500 dual fuel generator to serve as a home emergency power backup system. It was super easy to unbox and setup. The generator started on the first try using the electric start button. I ran the generator for five hours break-in keeping the load below 50% as detailed in the manual. I was surprised and pleased that it was not as loud as I had expected. I am very pleased with the quality, operation and appearance of the components. The electrician who installed a transfer switch for my home even commented on the quality build of the generator and how easily and readily it starts. Thank you Westinghouse!

Great Features

I just received my generator and am very happy with it. I will be using it as a backup source for my house and also as needed for my service truck. Like the remote start feature and the dual fuel capabilities. Fires right up without hesitation. I read the reviews for this model and that is what made me decide on the Westinghouse.

Great Backup Power Source

Purchased for a backup power source at the home. Started immediately with no issue. Followed the instructions provided to get the motor ready for full time use.

Lightweight, lots of plugs, 50A ready, duel fuel, fuel efficient. Started up with remote start key-fob. Powers whole house with no problem.

Received it 8 days after ordering. Everything includedand in good condition, even quart of oil included. Unpacked, installed wheels, added oil and fuel, it's ready to run.
