Bought it this month and So far so good. Looks great and has power to spare for my needs! Dual Fuel is a super plus!!

Just finished the break-in period with propane. It ran for 2 hours 30 minutes less then 50% load as required varying the load. I was hoping for a bit longer run time. All in all a solid product

Amazing generator for full house backup!!

I am extremely happy that I decided to go with this generator. Read and watched many reviews online and this one handles my needs and more. Our area has seen multiple power outages almost weekly and this big guy powers everything we need when the power goes out. Love the fact it has a 50 amp outlet. Super easy to setup out of the box. It is a little loud but so are the other generators I have seen. Only issue was the rubber strap to hold the cap for the lp connector was stretched out when opened and won’t stay connected to the cap but this doesn’t impact the performance of this unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of capabilities

Just received my generator so I haven’t had an honest time to leave a true review but I like the size, it’ll power my house easily. It’ll power a job site as well and the wheels make it easy for one person to move. Shipping was ahead of schedule and product was set neatly by my garage.

Best Generator Around!!!!

I previously had a 3600 model generator during a hurricane. Powered everything i needed without a glitch, with the rating for it. So i purchased the 9500 to power my house next time around. Long lasting power and very quiet for a generator. Best Run time with least amount of fuel.

It Just Works

I live in the country. For 20+ years, I used a transfer switch and a 5000 watt generator for back up. I decided I needed more and cleaner power and have been "shopping" for more than a year. I stumbled upon an interlock device (instead of the transfer switch) and this generator, which is surprisingly marvelous. The fact of the matter is that it just works; it does everything it says it'll do, plus it comes with bennies that other's don't, like the wheel kit and remote start. Even better, it's easy on fuel.
Admittedly, upon unboxing it, I wondered. The control panel arrived damaged. See photo. I repaired that, but others may not have had the wherewithal to do so. Second, I found an extra nut and, darn it, can't figure out where it belongs. Finally, a cover over the bearings on one of the wheel fell off immediately upon startup.
Bottom line: I'm unexpectedly impressed. Very.
