“You can be sure if it’s Westinghouse” - Wait one!

Received the Westinghouse 9500DF generator with a bent frame. The wheel was difficult to attach to the frame and rubbing against the battery so it’s useless to push or pull without damaging the battery. The propane regulator also appears bent due to fram damage. I contacted Amazon who put me on with customer service. They did not hesitate to sending me a replacement. Perhaps the replacement will be undamaged and in working condition so I can update my review?

Great Unit with great features

Just out of the box I knew i bought the right generator. Easy instructions to set up. Can't wait for my first power outage. The remote start works great. Even got the generator to start using Alexa.

Was easy to set up. Starting was very easy and so was switching from gas to propane. More powerful and compact than our old one. Very happy I got this one.

Great Generator - easy to use and maintain

This was very easy to assemble - just put on the feet and wheels with very little effort - Add oil - plug in the battery - hook up your fuel source or fill with gasoline - start her up. At first, I thought it was loud - but the tone is such that when inside, yes you can hear it, but its not bad and can tune out the noise easily. Very simple and easy to use - very self explanitory. Has good features - and digital display gives you the maintenance schedule when needed.
