Generator arrived on time, easy to assemble, and with a manual that was clearly written. Started within 1 second of pushing the Start button. I expect to get many years of service from this generator.

After hurricane Ida, my wife said she would come back to New Orleans until we had a generator. This is a well built, cost efficient, and powerful enough to keep us comfortable at the next power outage.

We bought this on May and when IDA hit our area so bad, we had no electricity, and we needed to set up the generator. This was easy, fast and the generator works really great! Definitely recommend!

I was worried it wasn't going to have enough power. Powered my entire home with cold AC RUNNING along with 2 refrigerators. My smaller generator is much louder.

Just what I wanted

I ordered this for my summer home in case of an outage. It is just what I wanted. It provides all the power I need to run my whole house, including the central air. Very satisfied with all its features. Have already sent links to my friends.
