customer service, if pushed, will certainly help. i had a serious lemon, and after a LOT of hassle, it was finally switched out with another.

Easy start

Bought this generator after losing power twice due to storms a week apart. It came with everything needed to hook up, and the unit was assembled except for putting on the wheels. It is very easy to start with the electric start, and runs much quieter than our previous generator. We like the fact that it can run on propane.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Generator

We finally bought a generator about one month ago after having lost power for 3 days. This generator is very nice. It is sturdy and looks great. It is also pretty quiet for how large it is. I hope we don't have to use it often, but am so glad we have this product in case we do.

NOT AGAIN MOTHER NATURE

After the winter storm in Texas Feb 2021 I will not go without power again!! Not in the winter or the summer. I chose Westinghouse because of the advice of neighbors and friends. I also did some research. The Duel Fuel option is an added bonus. Love it but hope I do not have to use this.
