I just purchased it and I'm already satisfied. I tested everything with the electrician and the generator panel, and it works very well. Good generator autonomy with the gasoline and propane option for long power outages. Remote start and stop option with a remote control.
I purchased this generator as a backup for our whole-house generator, which has failed during two different hurricanes. This generator will power all important devices, including some of our air conditioning. I've only tested it using propane, but plan on using both gas and propane when needed. Works as advertised. It is heavy, and noisy, but both I can work with. The manual is in serious need of a good technical writer but with enough investigation and intelligent guessing I was able to answer all my questions. (I used a little ChatGPT, too, but it also made mistakes.)
I went with a bigger more powerful generator than I originally shopped for. This one is easy assembly - really just wheels and feet. Although you have to be ready for its weight as you put the wheels on, once they are on this is easy to move around. Operation is logical and user friendly, and the peace of mind of having enough power if needed is great.
I recently purchased this generator and I'm very happy with it. I unpacked it and followed the instructions provided. Thankfully there was a full manual included so I didn't have to go online to find it. After putting the few pieces together I added oil with the oil provided and thankfully they provided a funnel to use. Otherwise it would have been a chore to get the oil into it. I used the remote start and it fired up right away. I ran it for a while and went into my house to remote stop and start it a few times. No issues and the distance of the remote was ample. I don't necessarily wish for a power outage but I am anxious to see how well it will work and power the house. It appears to be a great product.
