Look into several upgrades to the currently owned generator. Mainly duel fuel and adequate power supply for whole home power. This Gen 9500 fits the bill.

Great features. Dual Fuel

I purchased this model because it was dual fuel and I wanted the propane option. Did not want to stores gallons of gasoline in the garage. The size is perfect and can power my needs for 12 hours on a single tank of propane.
