Ordering anything online that needs to be delivered is always a gamble when it comes to receiving the product fully intact and undamaged. I was very pleased in this case, the generator was delivered without any damages. The high quality of the generator is quite evident. The packaged accessories included with the generator made assembly very easy. The Manual had all of the information I needed to feel comfortable operating this unit. Would definitely recommend this generator based on my unboxing experience today. The remote control is an added bonus!

got it out of the box ,,hooked up everything put gas in,, oil in hit the remote start a couple times and its running.. I let it run about 30 min. plugged my skill saw in just for a test ..everything appears good.... Lou

Replaced an pull start generator with this electric start. An outstanding generator. Used it in 3 power outage at home an it performs perfectly.

I bought this generator due to its dual capabilities (gas and propane). Upon unboxing, I was thrilled at the quality of the unit. Very easy to set up and I’m looking forward to using it!

Delivery to our remote home was right to the driveway! The setup out of the box was very easy - just attaching the feet and wheels. It is VERY heavy (as expected) so a dolly may be helpful. All I had to do was add the provided oil, gas, connect the battery cables, turn on the fuel switch, and here's the part that blew my mind . . . it started on the first push of the start button!! Wow, I thought I'd probably need to wear myself out on the pull start for a few minutes, but not to be. Super simple!

Easy for a Novice

We purchased this about 6 weeks ago, after multiple power outages. Had a bad storm last week and lost power for the first time, since purchase. I was home alone and had never used a generator. My husband was able to walk me through it and I was able to start on my own without any issues. I have never used any generator so was worried it would be complicated. It could not have been easier. Allowed us to have everything we needed in our home plugged in, and worked throughout the entire night. So glad we bought this! No more sweating through the night without a fan or worrying about our groceries.
