This is my first purchase of a generator. I am thrilled. The set up process was clear and easy. The generator is solid, love the fold down handle. It is very sturdy, well marked features and very helpful manual. I could not be more pleased or confident with this purchase.

best product for the price

I just bought this a few days ago. I did alot of research for a portable generator that I can power my house with . I think its the best bang for your buck , its dual fuel, comes with battery, wheel and handle kit, has a fuel gauge, battery charger, comes with oil and a little tool kit and and a key fob or remote start
I would recommend this to a friend!

The generator was delivered today. Added the oil, gas, and put the wheels and bottom legs on. Very simple. Read some instructions which is normal for most men! Read what I needed to turn it on using the key fob and it started the first time. Will try it out more during this month. Very happy with the purchase at this tim

Setup was a breeze!

Everything arrived in perfect condition. All I had to do was install the wheels and feet, connect the battery, add fuel and hit the start button. It is much quieter than my previous smaller generator.I haven't had a power outage to fully test it yet, but I'm sure it will adequately supply enough power for our home.

Peace of mind finally

We have a smaller 4000 watt generator. But after going through a week a sub-freezing temperatures in south central Texas last winter, realized we needed something more capable to power the whole house in case of that or a hurricane. Now this generator may not run everything all at once, but it will definitely run everything we have and keep us comfortable. I also love the fact of having the ability to use either gasoline or propane. The only issue I had was one of the 10mm nuts where the rubber foot mounts to the bottom was incorrectly welded and had weld material in the threads. Ended up just replacing it with a regular 10mm nut and bolt from the hardware store. Aside from that, the initial setup instructions were very good and the generator started right up. Very pleased with our purchase

We purchased this for back up since we live in the country. Our first generator and are pleased thus far. A little on the noisier side but when one "needs" power for the given circumstance, noise wont necessarily be a factor. I believe one YouTuber rated this at 74 decibels.
The wheels were easy to install as well as the 2 feet. The pop-up handle is a nice feature and allow me to move the unit with ease across our farm terrain.
Running the unit was a cinch. Just be sure to turn off your fuel valve and allow it to use up the balance of the fuel in the line/carb so that things don't get gummed up.
Front control panel is easy to navigate. Buttons seem solid. Electric start is a welcomed feature!
One thing I would have changed is the location of the gas cap. I would have put the cap at one end or the other so that it makes a little easier to pour in.
All in all, a great product for the money and we are very happy with our purchase!
