Excellent generator. Well built and very sturdy. Push start feature is great. Generator has two major draw backs (and the reason for not getting 5 stars):
1) the 14-50R fifty amp socket is at the far right of the panel, and directly over the rear wheel. meaning my 6/3 cable with a 90 degree end connection had to be severely bent to the side to not hit the rear wheel and plug in all the way. It took some man handling and would barely fit.
2) the generator would not run at full power for extended periods of time. I have a CA CARB compliant model and after several hours of running at high load it would create a vacuum in the fuel line. the CARB box could not keep up. it would kill itself if I did not periodically open the gas tank to let it breath. this was not a problem at low loads.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Nice and Powerful

Easy assembly, easy start with the push button and the remote start. But I like that it has a pull start as a backup. Hooked it up to my home through an installed interlock kit and 50A and was able to run my A/C.

Easy start, instructions were to the point and and informative. Love the wheels and push bar. It is loud but it has what we need for power. Dual fuel is a huge plus and propane change over is efficient.

Great Features & Ease of Assembly

I bought this 2 weeks ago and within a couple of hours I was able to get the generator providing power to our home. Assembly was easy and all of the features make things so much easier. Like the provided battery charger and charger port and remote start/stop key fob. The covers on the outlet also provide a level of protection and keep connection clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good product, poor service

Only had it a couple weeks and all I have done was powered the house with it for an hour as a test. Difficult to get through to support. I have a couple simple questions that have still gone unanswered after many back and forth communications. Specifically operation on propane at high altitudes, and recommended break in procedure. Never got an answer to either question. I marked that I would not recommend this product based on the poor support. Is support from competing companies any better? Unfortunately I have no way of knowing.
