I haven't used this yet but it had 2 washers missing & propane hose. Will you please send me these items please. I wouldn't recommend because of missing items

I looked at a lot of generators on line, and the WGen9500DF stood out above all the rest. Order it and was delivered sooner that expected. After assembling the wheels and legs. Put the qt of oil in that came with the generator plug the battery up. Hooked the LP bottle up and the generator fired right up with no problem. This is a nice built generator. O and it has a fob to start and stop the generator remotely. Very pleased with the price also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Won't start out of the box

Assembled as per directions added gas and it won't start.. turns over with electric and with the pull cord but doesn't fire..

The features that come with this generator are awesome you have dual fuel capacity automatic start and on top of that you have a remote start you just totally awesome

Excellent Quality - Great Value

I bought Westinghouse's WGen9500FD generator as the primary power source to maintain charge for a block of batteries in an off-grid application and it works perfectly. The unit started-up right out of the box and has operated flawlessly. The remote key-fob feature works great allowing me to start and stop the unit from inside the cabin and the generator is quieter than I expected it to be. The oil fill and drain locations are easily accessible and result in no mess. The user's manual is very well written and provides clear, concise instructions. I highly recommend this generator!
