So Many Features

I bought this because our old generator needed a new carburetor. And with a new carburetor it still was not working properly. I like the Westinghouse because it had so many great reviews. I like the dual fuel, gas or propane, the remote start, the battery and charger. For so many features it was a good price. I now have a good working generator for the next time we lose power.

For the money, this is the best generator out there that makes their own engines. Started up immediately on LP using the remote start. Pretty impressive but we will see how it handles hurricane weather on the coast.

Emergency Backup

I have not used it other than firing it up to make sure it works, but seems like a good product. I'm going to wire this directly into our breaker with a safety switch, as we need this to power our well with potential blackouts from fires

Well made generator

I had to wait 8 months for this to be in stock, and I am glad I did. The generator is well engineered. It ships with a battery, charger, oil, wheels and an lp hose.
After set up and a charge it cranked immediately. All the features you need are there including an hour meter. Remote start is another great feature.

Unexpected Feature

It’s only been a couple of weeks since I purchased this generator but I was pleasantly surprised to find a pull rope on the motor. Based on the website information I couldn’t ascertain or see the pull rope but this gives me an alternate option to start the generator if the battery is dead. Since this generator will serve as a temporary backup in case I lose power at home, I will have to come back and add comments after its use after evaluating its operation.
