Have not used yet but this thing is a beast!
Instruction booklet was well designed with photos & good instructions! Started right up after I did everything I needed to do.
Only issue (so far) is booklet was underneath generator & it described how best to cut open box so that would have been better on top.
Looking forward to getting my cover!

Awesome product purchased the wgen9500df to replace another unit i had wanted something that would run my house including our 3.5ton a/c it powers everything without breaking a sweat.

It came out of the box perfect even though there was damage on the box. Started up almost immediately after gas and oil and a battery charge. Remote is great and works for a good distance. Only thing I wish was different was the propane inlet. WIth it was the same as a normal propane hose but it is a smaller screw on fitting. May look for an adapter so can hook to the camper tank easier.

Great option for power!

I ended up buying this because I wanted to make sure I was not left without power in our newly built home. There were many great reviews. Mine runs well and the remote start is a nice little feature.
