Fantastic capacity

Bought online last day of May. Was at my house in 7-10 days just as stated. Had my first opportunity to put it through its paces 3rd week in June for a 5 day period. Wow! Handled BOTH AC units, ceiling fan, and "auto" on fridge, AND, kept my batteries way up which is a welcome change, from my 21 yr old 3820w (continuous)
unit. Noise level is what it is, though I yearned for some engineering miracle that would put it in the low 60's or high 50's db range; it is actually a tiny bit quieter than the old unit. Robust frame and wheel dimensions/axles. Fits in my 5th wheel pass through with room to spare though it is a must for two adults to lift in and out. (definitely not my wife as one). Starting with either electric start method is a breeze and functions as I was expecting. Haven't attempted the pull start or the propane options as of yet. Impressed that it comes with, though basic in manufacture, tools to 1) add oil w/o spilling 2) Spark plug wrench, and 3) Tool to tighten the propane hose. Comes with easy to decipher maintenance/ operation instructions, and a resealable zip lock bag to keep it in. I rated it 4 stars for 2 reasons. First and the biggest for me, is, each time I had to plug a 120v cord in either outlet, I have to push in the reset button on the GFCI, which both are, and it is annoying that is in the process of using it, ESPECIALLY when I have to remove gloves to get to the small reset. Not sure if it is supposed to be this way, but no other GFCI protected outlet I've ever used does that. Second, is the db output of 72. I don't pretend to be an engineer, but being a 30 year industrial mechanic leads me to believe that it can be improved upon without sacrificing output. My "cons" are more on the side of preference and convenience, and do not reach towards performance in any way.
Time will tell if it will durable like my last generator, and if some trouble raises its ugly head, but thus far I would recommend this versatile unit, no hesitations.

I have not had a chance to use the product yet, but it looks very clean, intuitive, and easy to use. I love that it can not only use gas or LPG, but that it can switch seamlessly between them. If everything works as advertised, this will be a very convenient generator!

Great Features, Great Price, Great accessories!

Purchased this in April, just after an ice storm had us without power for 12 days. Bought specifically for the dual fuel capacity, as we have propane here, and gasoline was in short supply all over the area, if available at all.
This generator is the complete package, as shipped: Wheel kit, spark plug wrench and wrench to install the stationary pads, battery charger/minder, the propane regulator and, almost the best thing of all, a funnel with an offset extended neck to allow easy access to the otherwise-almost-impossible-to-reach oil filler opening without spilling oil all over the floor.
This generator is the complete package, as shipped: Wheel kit, spark plug wrench and wrench to install the stationary pads, battery charger/minder, the propane regulator and, almost the best thing of all, a funnel with an offset extended neck to allow easy access to the otherwise-almost-impossible-to-reach oil filler opening without spilling oil all over the floor.

This unit has been in very high demand recently. I researched many options for some home standby power. I have a bulk propane system so wanted a dual fuel unit. This fit the bill. Very stout built generator. Looking forward to many years of good service.
