Powerful and convenient with two caveats

As a generator, this is a fantastic specimen. It is powerful, has all the features I want, and likely more capabilities than I will use. It is heavy-duty, yet portable.
Two issues I have noticed: 1) the fuel gauge is not accurate. It has a capacity of 6.6 gallons, and I put in over 3 gallons, but the needle did not move. Perhaps this is purposely designed so that people do not have a false sense of security? I do not know, but I would prefer an accurate gauge. 2) I am unable to manually start this monster! The push-button and remote start both work beautifully, but I cannot get enough oomph to pull-start it. I am small (5’9”, 150#) but not weak (20+ years in construction and as a firefighter), and have always been able to pull-start anything. So I am undecided on whether I would actually buy this again, but I am pleased to have it just the same. Perhaps these issues are quirks with my unit, but perhaps not. I certainly do not regret the purchase.

Great Product - but Battery does not charge

I did extensive research and liked the Westinghouse brand. Read lots of reviews. New out of the box, started up and ran perfectly for a few hours. Then just stopped working. Determined that the battery is not charging during use.
Note, as of writing this review, I have not yet contacted Westinghouse support. I will update an amend my review as things change.

Great Generator!

This generator really helped me out after hurricane Milton hit us hard. We were left with no power but this generator made it not so bad! Was able to run my fridge, WiFi, washer, many chargers, and more!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and it is the best money I have spent. It powers more of my house than I expected. It's sturdy and built like a tank.
