Works as expected

Only owned it for a couple of days, with an average of 12 hrs into it and it has worked with no issues.
I used it to connect my welding machine to weld some rails and it never even glitched.
The automatic FOB is an added plus, very happy with my purchase.

Great Product!

I bought the WGen9500DF for a backup generator for my home and camp. The generator arrived yesterday and was packaged very well, so no damage. First impressions while on boxing...this is a good-looking generator and looks to be well made. I followed the instructions for assembly which was quite easy and straight forward. I also followed the startup procedures which was also straight forward. I used propane to start and run the generator to test it out and started on the first crank. First, I started it from pressing the start button on the unit and it started right up. I let it run for a while then I stopped it from the button on the unit. Then I started the unit with the remote and it started first try and again I let it run for while then stopped it. Finally, I started it with the pull crank, and it was surprisingly easy to pull start and again it started right up and I let it run for a while. On the last test I plugged in some power tools and ran them to make sure everything was work and the gernerator never missed a beat. This weekend I plan to run through its paces and hold loads on it for up to 5 hours to break it in. So far, this is a great product that looks good, starts and runs good, not too loud, and is not that heavy to move around.

This is a nice generator, we received it yesterday and could't be happier with the purchase. I am very impressed with the ease of use and size. I picked this model for the dual fuel option.

Our WGen9500DF Dual Fuel Portable Generator arrived with some shipping damage from the freight carrier, but it still worked like a champ. Super solid craftsmanship, customer service is sending some replacement parts so we don't have to worry about any failures due to the damaged parts going forward. Great company and excellent products. Having this generator will alleviate a lot of stress due to potential power failures, etc. and we can also find many fun things to use it for in the meantime. Value product at reasonable price.
