Just unboxed my new generator and really excited about the features/value. Unfortunately, there was a bad gouge in the outer frame.

After the last ice storm I wasn't going to be without power again. The next door neighbor has the WGen9500DF and it ran for 8 days straight without a problem.

Setup: Easy to attach wheels and feet. Read the instructions...you will learn a lot, especially if you are a first time generator user!
Connection: You will need to provide the power cord...regardless of hookup (direct to/from indoor appliances, or to an outdoor connection). An important element, but very simple.
Use: I love the remote start feature...this and the dual-fuel option were the two key selling points for me. The handle extends to provide easy movement to/from your connection point...and while the unit is heavy, when on wheels it feels very light.
Maintenance: Access is simple...and we have only used it for one season so I have not yet done any maintenance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just purchased this machine after suffering through separate power outages. Dual fuel and remote start should come in handy. Would be great to have the ability to run from an auxiliary fuel tank. Pick point and amp meter would put this over the top. Will rate 5 stars when it pulls us through the next outage.
