Purchased in July after a 3-day outrage I turned the power off and ran a test it worked great

Second Westinghouse Generator

This is my second Westinghouse portable generator. I purchased a WGen7500DF over four years ago for my home in West Virginia. It has had limited use but has always performed well when needed. Since I as a limited snow bird I decided to purchase and additional WGen9500DF for my home in Florida. I have already done a test run and it will power my home in Florida with no problem. The new WGen9500DF started the first try on gasoline. Westinghouse is way ahead of the competition, an excellent generator.

Arrived at my door Thursday and I had it running in no time. Very easy to setup and started with the push of the button. I would recommend this generator to anyone. It powerful but is not big and bulky like others I have seen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have only used it as tested in our 2000 sq ft house. It will operate most of our electric panel needs.

I bought this model almost two years ago and it runs very smoothly. I have had an issue with the automatic start, but I found the Service Hotline to be very helpful. I believe that given the power of the unit it is a good investment.
