Very complete

Was very impressed how complete the package was. Wheel and handle kit included, weird shaped funnel, oil, tools, propane hose. Literally has everything you need except fuel. Quality of parts seems very good. Can’t wait to try it with the house.

I was looking for the best generator in this category and this was it. The HIGH wattage was exactly what I needed. The remote works wonders at very long distances. Small enough to move wherever it need to go. More than happy with my purchase.

I am very impressed with the feature set, power, and price of the WGen9500DF we recently purchased. It arrived on time, no damages, which is impressive itself as its a big gen set. Phase 2 we will purchase the transfer switch and controller module.

Great generator!

We received the generator after losing power after two ice/snow storms this year. We are very happy with the product. It can push start, remote start of pull start. It can run on gasoline or propane. It will run our whole house which is very nice!

Good machine

I haven't had an chance to really put the machine to real use but the set up was
easy, I used propane for my fuel and it started right up and ran well. I ran a couple
of power tools and that went well. I purchased this unit for back up for my house but haven't got transfer switch installed in the house yet to see how well it works for that. I haven't seen anything to lead me think it won't go well.
