Great, solid machine. Very easy to operate

Purchased to use as backup power for our home. The generator battery came charged and started with the electronic start on the 1st try. Very pleased with this duel fuel generator.

My husband and son were able to assemble the wheels, add the fuel, and crank with the key fob in less than 20 minutes time. We are not looking forward to using it, per se, but are thankful for it's potential to safe keep our fridges & deep freezers should we lose power again.
My only dislike is that it weighs a ton. I'd say this is an 'onsite' unit and not reasonably portable without lift assistance of some kind.

Bought this for the upcoming hurricane season. It was simple to assemble and started with one push of the auto start button. Can’t wait now, won’t have so much stress now knowing I’ll be ready to go if we loose power.

The generator started immediately, right out of the box. I ran it for over an hour, just to test it. It powered the whole house, no problem. I ran it up to 46 amps at 240V, almost full load, with no problem. Noise level is reasonable, for a gen of this size.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought the Gen on February 18th after the great FREEZE! And prolonged power outages!The Wind Turbines can Freeze but my Gen 9500 DF will keep on cranking out the power! Love the REMOTE start! Just push the button and suddenly there is a little bit of heaven! And Light! And Heat! Or AC if you need it!
