I purchased one gen from another source and had problems with it starting. I researched and found this unit. Loved the duel fuel. After receiving added oil hooked it up to Propane and it the starter button off she went. I live at 6500ft so I bought high altitude kit after. Had to use generator for power outage before installing kit and it worked great ran for 8 hrs no problem. Received kit, they changed number of kit so had to call twice to get the correct part number. Looked up Youtube video on installing and installed kit very easy to do. After hitting start button fired right up. Going to install transfer switch to make it whole house. Very pleased worked just as advertised and did a great job

I bought this generator hooked it up to a Propane
Tank and it worked great the remote is great.
It will be there for the next Ice Storm.

It worked and is easy

Bought this 6 months ago for random power outages at my home. Unboxed it today and started it up to test it. It worked! Very easy to hook up with propane. Electrician connected it to my main breaker with the interlock system and an electric hook up outside. Easy for anyone to use. The push battery start is so nice. As a woman, it was easy to wheel into my shed for storage. Now I'll just need to figure out how to keep the battery charged or get a small jump starter that I can keep in the garage and have it ready when generator battery needs a charge. I'm only going to be using it 1 or 2 times a year when the power is out so I can't speak yet to how well it operates for extended period of time. Should be big enough for water pump, and my fridge and basement freezer and house lights/outlets, along with other as needed items like hot water heater and dryer. I'm not using it for my AC/Heat system.

Peace of Mind

After living with a rickety gas powered generator in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, we are thrilled to have a dual fueled generator. We feel ready for a storm but would be very happy to never need to use the generator for an emergency.
