Great Product

I bought this after my son purchased one and used it, when we had record low temperatures and snow that knocked out power. The WGen9500DF ran great and performed perfect.

I just bought this unit. Easy set up, easy start up, seems like a very quality unit. I tested on gas and propane and it works great!

Solidly built generator

Heavy, well built generator. The dual fuel capability was the main selling point, it was very easy to set up. The owner's manual was easy to follow but it needs a revision concerning the remote start key fob - pairing was not needed (worked right out of the box!).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dependable and Powerful

This generator has performed flawlessly from day one. I keep the battery on a constant charge from a nearby outlet and perform a test run once each month. It has served as a virtual whole-house generator during two separate blackouts, one of which required it to run continuously for almost 3 days. The 50 amp output has been sufficient for 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, microwaves, assorted small appliances and a houseful of lights. The only downsides are that it is loud, and also not easily moved around due to its heft and the rigid wheels. I've only used it with gasoline, but it did test without a hitch using my BBQ's propane tank, a big plus if I ever need to use that feature.

Just what we needed for power outages!

This model is powerful enough for our essential needs and easy enough to operate that I don't have to worry about it if I am away from home. My family can set it up and operate it easily on their own.
