Great Generator

Powers my 2600 sq Ft home including well with out a problem. Plenty of power. Easy to start and love ability to use propane or gas.

Great unit purchased due to few power outages in my area. Liked the dual fuel option and remote start. Works well so far. Best price for the power output and feature I could find.

Didn't work out of the box!

Unfortunately we tried using this generator for the first time when the winter storm occurred in Texas. Spent multiple hours troubleshooting using the oil that came with the item as well as fresh gasoline. Could not get it to start and in the process of trying to get my money back... Should have tested the item when I received it and paid the price for waiting until we actually needed it the most!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I researched the heck out of buying a replacement generator to power my well pump and water heater along with a few other choice circuits. This was by far the lowest price, highest watt, dual-fuel generator out there. So far I have only tested it and changed the oil as we have not had any power outages yet.
The only two issues so far is Westinghouse (due to liability, I'm sure) won't give me a straight answer on how to hook this up to a 100 lb propane tank. They keep referring me to a licensed plumber. And, the fuel gauge hasn't worked from day one but one call the tech support and a replacement is supposed to be on the way! Very happy so far!
