Good while it lasted

I bought this generator to power my house during Florida hurricane season. Thankfully I haven't needed it, but my sister was in the path of hurricane Helene. Being in the outskirts of town they're estimating she'll be without power for 6-8 weeks. I hooked the generator up at her house, it ran overnight (or about 20 hours total) and the intake valve retainer broke. Sadly, now I have a very expensive paperweight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just received a generator it’s built solid fired up after adding oil and gas. I’m happy to know the next power outage that my family doesn’t have to sit in the dark for days.

I was able to get it ready to use in minutes: tested the Generator 2x both times using the remote start Generator came on fast: I have not had the need to use it yet

EASY TO GET GOING FOR A NOVICE

We have been living in the forest for 9 years and decided it was time for backup power. After lots of research online and YouTube videos we chose this model because of ease of use and the ability to attach it to our current fuse box of ease of use. We have gotten it started and ran the trial break in period and by following the directions it went well. Not always easy with us. (lol) We have an electrician coming to help us out with that. Our hope it to never need to use it but this generator will be there when we need it. The dual fuel is helpful, we use propane a lot and the gas option is great for better power.

EASY TO START

THIS IS A PUSH START AND IT RUNS OFF GAS OR PROPANE, WE CAN USE EITHER ONE AND AT THE PUSH OF A BUTTON EVEN I CAN START IT ( I'M 68 YEARS YOUNG)
