Great machine! Runs the whole house and the A/C as well. No more sweltering summer power outages. Easy start all three ways - pull cord, on button, and remote.

Started right up

I bought the this because my wife wanted a backup in case we lost power for an extended time. Put together, filled with oil, topped off battery charge and checked everything. Then attached to propane and it started right up. Whole process took less than 30 minutes. Ran it for about 1 hour with no problems. Only gave it 4 stars because I haven’t put a load on it and I only just got it. I expect and hope that it will deserve 5 stars.

BEST Generator on the market

I've been studying and researching generators for months, and found that the Westinghouse WGen9500DF is by far the best all-around generators made. Not only is it duel-fuel but it also offers the switch plate along with other convenient bells&whistles which make this generator super consumer friendly for the common family to use and rely on.

Great product!

This is a great product! The ability to use either gasoline or propane makes it versatile, as does its ability to put out 110V and 220V. For what it does, it is surprisingly compact and portable. The electric start is a nice added bonus.

This generator has all the different options for plugging in various electrical plugs. Very versatile. I use it for camping and back country excursions in my RV.

Dead battery

This generators battery was dead on delivery of unit. We properly tryed to charge it by hand starting unit for 1/2 an hour. Still completely dead even after an 8 hour charge with supplied battery charger. Still dead! Junk!
