Generator came quickly and well packaged. Instructions were easy to follow to assemble and get the unit started. Battery was charged and it started up with propane right away.

Powerful and convenient with two caveats

As a generator, this is a fantastic specimen. It is powerful, has all the features I want, and likely more capabilities than I will use. It is heavy-duty, yet portable.
Two issues I have noticed: 1) the fuel gauge is not accurate. It has a capacity of 6.6 gallons, and I put in over 3 gallons, but the needle did not move. Perhaps this is purposely designed so that people do not have a false sense of security? I do not know, but I would prefer an accurate gauge. 2) I am unable to manually start this monster! The push-button and remote start both work beautifully, but I cannot get enough oomph to pull-start it. I am small (5’9”, 150#) but not weak (20+ years in construction and as a firefighter), and have always been able to pull-start anything. So I am undecided on whether I would actually buy this again, but I am pleased to have it just the same. Perhaps these issues are quirks with my unit, but perhaps not. I certainly do not regret the purchase.

Very strong and reliable

We had a 2 day power outage and it was the first time I had to rely on a generator. Although it’s heavy and I’m 74 yrs old ,I was able to maneuver where needed . Did a great job keeping 2 freezers ,3 refrigerators ,water heater ignition ,gas furnace fan ,lights , outlets really remarkable . Had an electrician install outside plug and do inside panel work .

High marks for this generator. It is well built and has many nice features that make it a great purchase. The push button / remote start feature is the best! Also the fact that it will run on propane or gasoline makes it very versatile. It has enough power to run a refrigerator, an air conditioner and numerous smaller items...lamps, fans etc. I would highly recommend this generator to anyone looking to have some peace of mind during an extended power outage
