Looks good and happy for dual fuel option

We bought this only recently, and have not tried it out yet. That being said, the unit looks great and has a lot of nice features (remote start, dual fuel, ample wattage). Only hiccup so far was an issue with the wheel installation. The one axle hole was too small, and the wheel couldn't go on. We eventually reached a service rep who told us this was an issue multiple customers were having, so they advised us to hit the axle pin with a hammer. (Not something we were going to do without their say so! Didn't want to void the warranty before we even used it...) Thankfully, this solution worked for us. Now we're just waiting for the electrician to hook us up with an outlet and an interlock kit, and we'll be good to go. Hoping we don't have to use it anytime soon, but are happy we have it on hand in case we do!

I purchase this on December 9, 2020 and received it December 22, 2020.
I’m not familiar with generators so my neighbor helped me put it together.
He explained how it works and had me turn it on. Started and ran beautifully the first try.
Being a lady of a certain age I needed a generator that is reliable and easy to use.
Thank You Westinghouse you hit it out of the park for me!

Great Power

Pros- Easy Assembly out of box; Everything needed to start and test generator out of box; tested perfect on propane, dual fuel is a massive plus; easy to move around and great construction; quiet operation for the amount of power generated
Cons- Only issue was having to figure out how much oil the generator needed, most engines will state how many quarts are needed for operation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The duel fuel is on awesome feature and the remote start will keep me from going out in the cold to start it in the event of a power outage. So far it is working great

Great Generator

It was surprisingly easy to maneuver around given its weight. When on gasoline, it was able to simultaneously power all four heating elements on our electric stove. According to our Sense home energy monitor, it was providing about 8500 watts continuously at the time. The energy monitor did report a frequency of around 62.5 Hz, which is slightly higher than the 60 Hz specification. Hopefully there's some way that can be fine tuned.
