So far so good - Havent used it yet, but showed up on time, ready to go. Easy installtion of the wheels. Came with oil. I'll be all set for an outage.

We bought this between the NC ice storm of last weekend and the snow storm of this weekend and are so grateful to have had it as we got 6+ inches of snow yesterday with high winds and dangerous cold that called it into use! It was a lifesaver for us, our greenhouse, and our chickens. We know we will us is more throughout the year as we do lose power here throughout the year due to downed trees during storms (ie Hurricane Helene). Thank you for a fabulous product!

Simple Setup, Easy Operation, Lots of Power

Just bought the generator. Setup was super simple, 4 13 mm bolts & 2 cotter pins was all it took (wrench included). Was 15°, per manual had to hold choke open to get it started. Once it started and the idle smoothed out I released it. I started it using all 3 ways (push button, remote key fob, and pull start) with both fuels.
My old portable generator failed so I upgraded to an electric start one and it is great not having to pull start one any more.
You have to bend down to read whatever the Info panel is displaying,

I bought this generator for the snowpocalypse we were expecting in my area. With it's capacity I was able to install a transfer switch to run off the 50 amp outlet and backfeed my house. The remote start gives me peace of mind that when I'm out at work my family will be able to get it running and be able to function even if I'm not there.

I bought this a few days ago. It seems well built and is easy to assemble the wheel kit. It started up 1st time, but haven't had to really use it yet. Maybe I won't.
