I purchased 2 of these, the first one appears to be working great. It has good features and started right up. the second one is DOA. I have contacted support and tier 1 was very friendly and easy to work with. they were not able to fix the issue, and have elevated it. So we will see hoe the process continues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems

I bought 2 of these units and in less than 40hrs running time each one quit running and would not restart. Very dissatisfied with these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GREAT GENERATOR

I bought this generator as a back up generator for my home. I was vey impressed with the quality of my generator. Assembly was very easy and quick. I hooked up my propane tank and it fired right up. I really like the electric start with the key fob.
I would recommend this to a friend!
