A Great Generator

Perhaps one of the best ways to demonstrate a good purchase is to buy it twice. This is my second purchase of the same generator. I purchased my first Wgen9500DF for our home two years ago and this one will be available in my workshop with the same set up. They are powerful, dependable, very easy to assemble and to use.
I recommend this generator. I will likely never put gasoline in the carburetor as it is so easy to connect with a propane line to my underground fuel tanks. Storing propane, which never loses its BTU capacities like gasoline, is the easier and better way.

Delivery was easy. No problem to assemble and started up right away. Really appreciate the option to run on two different fuel sources. Easily powers my house and electronic devices. It is a bit louder than I expected though.

This replaced a different brand generator that I had all kinds of problems with. I am so impressed with the build quality of this machine along with all the extra options it comes standard with. The battery tender and remote start are game changers. Upon starting it up the sound level is so much quieter than my old one I was blown away! You won't regret this generator.

We got this generator because we live in the country and we have power outages almost weekly. This generator literally is going to save our lives and our children are going to be so happy to be able to surf the web and play video games and watch movies when everyone else in our area is in the dark. I am on life support and I really need this backup generator to be able to breathe at night when I'm sleeping I am so happy that they offered this at such an affordable price. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a generator to back up their home during an outage.

Overall Good- battery has died 2x

Overall have been pleased with this unit’s features, but as the title states the battery has discharged completely twice in one month ( have owned 1 month) this renders the remote start useless. Either the internal charger isn’t doing its job properly or the battery is a bad one. Is it a deal killer? No, but the remote was one of the main considerations in buying this model. Having to charge the battery on a unit this new is ridiculous though. If this issue hadn’t been happening, would give 5 stars.

Great features. Has everything I need.

So far I am happy with this product. I like being able to use gas or propane either one. I like having the remote start, push button start and cable pull. I also like the CO detector with automatic shutoff and fuel gauge.
