Very impressed!

Great little generator with a lot of bonus features. The electric remote start is awesome and so is the propane portion of the dual fuel. This allows the generator to remain clean so you don’t have to worry about carburetor problems in the future. Pretty good price as well!

This was purchased for my home in preparation for power outages from storms etc.It was super easy to remove from the container and prep for operation. Reliable.

Right out of the box, fueled on propane, it would produce only 108/216 VAC.

Reviewing without operating the equipment

I just took this out of the box and put it together. I am giving it 4 stars without even running it one time. I did notice the included oil does not fill the oil reserve past the low indicator. I purchased such a large generator to hook up to a transfer switch and believe the dual fuel option is a necessity in Florida. I am in the process of reading through the manual to ensure longevity of the generator which seems easy enough to maintain. I am a bit leery of switching between propane and gas as I have read several reviews that included this issue. I am also interested in how the remote start will function. This may be a lemon so take my review as you wish.

Runs well

Very Happy with the product, filled with oil and hooked up LP gas, started right up! It got delivered on its own pallet. No dents or dings. put on its wheel kit without a hitch. Highly recommend for the homeowner and professional alike. I have had many generators, I really like this one!

My 9500 generator

Have not had to use it yet, but it started on the first try. Was able to assemble it as had easy instructions as me being a women and never had to do things like this by myself before

Love the dual fuel feature

Arrived in good condition with all the advertised parts included. Easy connect to a standard propane tank. Push button start worked well once I figured out to keep pressing the button until it started.
