New, but so far, so very good!

We bought this to replace a smaller Generac that served us well. But, we wanted to be able to power more; our water heater, well pump, even a/c, as well as our security system and cameras. (We’re kind of remote, out in the country) It came in two days, perfectly boxed, no damage at all. The SAIA driver kindly wheeled it right into our garage. I used a small floor jack to jack each side up to install the wheels and foot pegs. Basically, it was unboxed, instructions read, and ready to fill the oil in no more than 20 minutes. I charged the battery for a couple of hours, although the indicator lit yellow from the box; I just wanted it to be well-charged. I added half a tank of gas for now, paired the remote, and it started up instantly. After ten minutes or so, I threw the main breaker and plugged in some lamps, etc., to see if it was working. The duplex plugs are all working fine. We’ll be hooking this up to a 300-gallon propane tank soon, running 50A directly into the plug under our breaker box; but I wanted to check it out on gas first. So far, so good. I have little doubt but that this will be a great generator for some time to come. It’s beautiful, stout, and seems very well-built.

I just purchased the WGen9500DF and it is hands down the best!
It has more features than you'll ever need.
After simple assembly of the wheel kit and adding the encluded oil. I added gasoline, hooked up the propane tank and pushed the remote start button and it started right up.
The noise level is very acceptable, comparable to a lawnmower.
It is by far (even generators costing twice as much) a TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCT!
Backed by a 3 year Warranty, what more could you possibly want.
It has more features than you'll ever need.

Got it hooked up as a back up electric supply for hurricanes here in Florida. Hooked it up and it ran everything I had hoped it would.. Very happy.
