Easy to install wheels and feet.

Connected the generator to a propane tank. It started almost immediately once the propane started flowing. Have not tried attaching the 50amp plug to my interlock system yet.

Size does matter!

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this generator. Best decision I made! I had an electrician install a house plug in the event we loose power. We live on the east coast of NC. Hurricanes and other bad weather will cause us to loose power. This generator will pretty much power the whole house! Dual fuel! Great investment!

My wife kept reminding me that we should have a reliable generator for storms ect, after doing some reseaech i settled on a westinghouse because of the support they give with there product and its quality.

I bought and assembled it with ease. Haven’t used it yet, but there was a free item offer if I reviewed it while registering the product. It looks new out of the box. Having electricians come so we can wire it directly into the panel should we lose power. Once I get it up and running, I may leave another review.

Generator is simple and easy to use. Everything is laid out in the instructions and easy to follow when assembling. The only thing to check is to make sure you have enough oil. The oil provided was not enough to operate at safe levels.

I purchased this on 9/1/19 because I never want to go through what we did after Hurricane Florence. We were without power for 10 days which doesn't seem like a big deal except it is very hot and humid were we live and my wife ended up in the ER because of it. My criterion for a generator is one that can run everything especially the AC. I figured out what the draw of the AC is when it is running and with this generator, there is plenty of power to spare, also it has plenty of power to handle the AC start up. I originally thought about getting a Generac whole house system, but it cost more than I could afford. So for less than half of one of those systems, I bought the WGen9500DF, I also purchased a Suncast small shed, a 50 amp service and a mechanical lockout that prevents the generator feed breaker to be on at the same time as the main breaker which makes it perfectly legal in our state. No transfer switch to worry about and I can run anything in the house. I installed it and tested it using propane, the generator ran flawlessly and it ran everything including the AC. The only thing left to do is to modify the enclosure by adding ventilation through louvered screens and a box fan. See the pictures that I added.
