My new generator

I have a 30 year old pull start generator that has served me well over the years. I found during my last power outages with PG&E it was getting harder to start the generator using the pull start, it started I'm just getting older. Decided to upgrade to a larger and Electric start generator. Went with the dual fuel because if the power is out the gas station will not be able to pump fuel. I always have propane on hand. The assembly was easy, feet, wheels and oil. Have only started the generator on propane haven't tried gas. Started right up and ran find. So far so good.

I bought this 3 weeks ago. runs fine. I have not put a load on it yet. I am waiting for your Automatic transfer switch to become available. I am told that it won't be available until January or febuary 2020. Please keep me posted

I bought this generator about a month ago due to the numerous black outs our energy company has been implementing due to fires. Also want to be prepared for other emergencies such as earthquakes. The unit was delivery to my house without incident. Unpacking was easy. I decided to test the unit using propane (it also uses gasoline) since I have a number of tanks on hand that I use for outdoor fire pits and overhead lighting. Being the skeptic that I am I didn't expect the unit to start up quickly. To my surprise the generator started immediately when I pressed the button on the remote. The reason I wanted a dual fuel unit was to not to store gasoline at my house. Having sufficient propane gives me time to go and locate gasoline after the unit is running on propane. The unit looks nice and it definitely has the power to operate just about any electric appliance in my house.

Ordered this product just ahead of hurricane season in hopes we wouldn't need it - but WE DID. Luckily, it worked flawlessly. Started immediately. Highly recommend.

Great generator with very nice extra features

This is a great generator for the price. Large enough to fully power most medium houses (except for very large draw equipment such as a hot tub or central air) but still portable. The dual fuel is a bonus feature.

I purchased the generator to keep our refrigerator and freezer running when the power gets shut off. This generator does not disappoint! Plenty of outlets, 20a, 30a twist lock and a 50a plug. The engine has the ability to run on propane and gasoline. The engine's exhaust is a little on the noisier side, which could be a problem if you have neighbors close by. One feature I wish the generator had, is a way to run the engine at a slower speed, during cold starts and cooling down before shutting the engine off. Great generator, I would purchase it again!
