Generator was doing great until

It want start the next time I tried to start it, no power from off on switch to starter. It was running so well pulling my RV then wouldn’t start.

easy assembly and started right up

Bought it to be our new primary generator since PG&E will be turning off electricity whenever they feel like it. Easy to install wheels and front risers, fill with oil and gas, turn on fuel valve and it started easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to unpack and set up.

I bought the DF model after several power turn offs. We live in a remote area, so when the power goes off, we are very dark. I unpacked, put on the wheels, put in the correct oil level, hooked a propane cylinder to the 9500DF, pushed the remote start button, and the generator started immediately. I researched all buying options, and the 9500DF is truly the best answer to power outages. Since I purchased the 9500DF, I have purchased a transfer switch and a 50 amp power cord. Excellent product so far; the true test will be when the power goes out, but I feel well prepared with 9500DF. (I prefer the power strip).

Bought this and was happily surprised when item ended up on time, working straight out of the box after 5 minutes of assembly using their honestly great directions. I am pleased that we made this purchase as it adds to our overall safety and security.

Excellent Right Out Of The Box

No damages or imperfections right out of the box. Put the wheels, front pads and propane hose on in 15 min. I ran it at 3/4 load with propane for almost an hour. Ran perfect and the harmonic stayed around 61 with 248 volts constant. I was hooked up to the 50 amp plug then to a house connection I was able to separately run the oven/stove, washer, dryer and hot water tank. I didn't try the AC heat pump. it is 3.5 ton.

Easy to set up and get started. Heavy duty with tons of features. Don't think I will even fill it with gas if I don't have to. The propane attachment worked great and started right off the first time.
