Storm insurance for happy wife

After experiencing a power outage lasting 48+ hours, I purchased this generator just a few days ago when I saw it was on sale. I trust the Westinghouse name implicitly.
The unit has three separate ways of starting; by remote, by a pushbutton and the good old pull start rope. I tried them all and it works great! I have not hooked it up to an LP tank yet, but living in the country, this is a vital necessity to have a backup.
With all of the severe storms we have had this spring, I feel this is good insurance to keep my well pumping, my freezer cold and my wife happier...

Powerful home generator

Bought this a month ago. I had a 50 amp receptacle box and control switch installed at my electrical panel, enabling the generator to selectively power my home during power outages. I think this Westinghouse generator was a great choice!

Easy to assemble and start. Remote works well and it starts it quickly. The generator is a quality product and is very convenient. It is loud as expected, but not unreasonably so. Works well and is easy to use. Happy with purchase.
